Professional Experience I have been called upon by the public and private sector to reorganize and assess operating systems and human resource practices, and conduct audits for corporate and non-profit organizations. In addition, I have served as the lead consultant in the public sector and has been recruited by corporations nationally and binationally including in the maquiladora industry. I started my career as a juvenile probation officer and also own several small businesses.

Governor of New Mexico on Mental Health Issues; New Mexico Mental Health Board Member; Chairman; New Mexico Hispanic Mental Health Board, presented to First Lady Rosalyn Carter Hispanic Mental Health Issues in Phoenix, Arizona; Zarzuela Opera Board of Directors; and Volunteer for Sun Bowl Activities.
If elected I will focus on holding the line on taxes while ensuring our public safety officers are fully funded and UMC and Children’s Hospital have proper accountability and oversight, making sure our roads and streets get built on time to relieve congestion on our county roads and I will use my business background to build on our strong relationships with key county partners.
