4-year term. Must be 25 years or older, a U.S. citizen, a practicing lawyer, a resident of Texas, and a resident of the county. Responsible for cases including misdemeanor or criminal cases, class C appeals, civil matters, mental health cases, and probate matters.

Experience Judge, County Court at Law Number One, Collin County 2003 – Present; Senior Staff Attorney, Dallas County Criminal District Courts 1988 – 2002; Magistrate, Dallas County Criminal District Courts 1993 – 2002
In my next term of office I will strive to fairly administer justice in the most efficient and judicious way possible, while affording every person that comes before me the respect and dignity they deserve.
